The Curves Circuit - A Complete Workout for Women in 30 Minutes

The Curves Workout program provides all five of the components of a complete fitness program (warm-up, aerobic exercise, strength training, cool down and stretching) in just 30 minutes. The exercise equipment at Curves is designed for women. It is easy to learn and uses hydraulic resistance rather than cumbersome weight stacks. You push, then pull, rather than lift and lower weights. This reduces the potential for soreness and injury.

One of our staff is always in the circuit to ensure that you are using the equipment safely and getting the best out of your workout. Curves appeals to women of all ages and fitness levels. The age of the current members in Ilkeston ranges from 22 to 71, although other Curves clubs have members as old as 98!

If you come in at a time when it is quiet and you are working out on your own, do not be surprised if one of our friendly staff ask if you mind if they work out with you - they are women that face the same challenges you do.
