Linda Gilhooly (left) says "I started Weight Watchers at the beginning of March 2009. Much to my surprise, I started to lose weight. However, I realised that I needed to exercise to help keep the weight off. After persuasion from my husband, I joined Curves and I haven't looked back."
"I have not been back to Weight Watchers since the beginning of July and the weight has stayed off. RESULT!. I have not changed my diet that much. I do, however, watch the calories and fat content in foods. I also drink more water. My fitness level has increased and I do not feel as tired as I used to. "
