"We are Janet and Marie or, as Joanna (the manager of Curves) calls us, 'Hinge and Bracket'. We joined Curves together in 2005 and have come together ever since. We have made other friends in our time here and we have gained in confidence. It's like a 'Curves family'. When you meet a new member, they are just that, a new member, no-one is better or worse than anyone else, no matter what their lifestyle or image which is great and means everyone just gets along together and has fun whilst keeping fit."
